Billing

Billing is where you see your plan, how many credits you have left, and where they went. Credits are what generating costs.

The important rule: credits are held when a job starts and only spent when it succeeds. If a job fails the hold is released and your balance goes back up on its own.

• See your current balance.
• See what each run cost, and which shot it was for.
• Change plan, or buy more credits.
• Download your invoices.

1. Open Billing from the left rail.
2. Check your balance at the top.
3. Look through the list below to see where credits went.
4. Change plan or buy more from the same page.

If a failed job still shows credits held after a few minutes, email support with the project and shot name and we will clear it.
